Kadaj reminds me alot of Riku from Kingdom Hearts. Just look at the silver hair and the blue/green-ish eyes. Even his outfit is pretty similar to the one Riku wears in the KH-2 previews (except for all the leather thingies :P), Special Secret and Deep Dive. Basically, Kadaj looks like an older version of Riku ^__^
Kadaj's hair is of shoulderlength, parting down from the left (his left), very softlooking, very straight, and very PERFECT even when he's in the middle of a fight (I wonder what shampoo he uses... :P).
It's not always easy to see, but just like Riku, Kadaj's hair has layers, at least on the back of his head.
Parts of the hair are hanging over the right side of his face, mostly covering his nose and right eye.
Kadaj's eyes look the same as Sephiroth's. They both have this cat-like pupil. Loz and Yazoo's eyes look like this, too. Of course, with them being spirits of Sephiroth, there is no wonder they have the same physical attributes as him.
In my opinion, Kadaj is the one who looks most natural when it comes to physique. Yazoo's too skinny and Loz is too muscular (for my taste :P). Kadaj is like a mix of the other two. Although he looks a bit skinny on some pictures, his chest and arms look muscular on others.
The shape of his face looks kind of different on different pictures, so it's hard to tell what it's really like. He's got cute baby cheeks, though ^__^
As you probably have noticed, Kadaj is very short. He's shorter than Cloud (who is 173 cm), and definitely shorter than his brothers.
