The official site describes Kadaj as calm, but
brutal. Due to his young age, he is childish, but still an intellectual.
Although being the youngest, he is the leader of the group, so obviously he must be charismatic and possess persuasive powers, and have other qualities that are required for leadership.
Stubborn is also a very good word to use while describing Kadaj. He knows what he wants, and how to get it and won't let anything get in his way to do so.
